I maxed out on this machine this leg day. I have been working for the last 5 months to reach this level. Quadzilla I’m coming for you! LOL! Remember this, if you are lifting heavy you will need proper nutrition to keep from injuring yourself. Lentils, Spinach and assortment fruit is the key. More detailed info provided in the video.
